Investing and Growing I’ve money-managed a half-billionaire’s fasting growing asset class, headed the UHNW strategy for Australia’s leading crypto exchange and been a close confidant to some of Australia’s most successful wealth creators. My mentor and former client is a wellness mogul. He exited for $1BN at the start of my career. I learned early on what it takes to attract, nurture and grow important relationships. I’ve led business development efforts across three markets: for high-net-worth individuals (b2c), retail (b2b saas) and digital brands (advisory/agency). I’ve worked under ambitious founders and business owners as a 2IC and right-hand man, devising strategies and executing projects inside their operations.
Evaluating and Executing I’m an entrepreneur at heart. I’ve raised money for my own ventures across multiple categories (media, consumer and tech). I’ve also reported back to investors and owners. I know what it looks like to own a product or asset class, to run the numbers end to end and to have all the bucks stop at me. I’ve completed over 300 scheduled sales/advisory calls for founders/owners and c-suite leaders, with a knack for high-touch comms. Assessing high-stakes problems, crafting strategies and executing solutions are in my wheelhouse. I can build, I can calculate, I can operate, I can sell.
Strategy and Advisory I’m a whale whisperer. I’ve developed my own thinking systems for decision-making and strategic planning. The best in the world act on intuition, beyond spreadsheets and numbers. Wisdom rarely happens in board rooms or phone calls, email chains or industry reports. I’ve developed my own decision-making technology for leaders, visionaries and owners to question their assumptions and make themselves the central responsibility for their own families and empires. I’ve played the strategist and therapist many times before. Together, we can develop a new industry standard methodology that can be sold at a premium to UNHWs across the world.
Operating and Liaising I’m not your usual big 4 bean counter, but I’ve got skin in the game running many operations. I’ve employed 5 full-timers and managed a team of 12 before in past businesses I’ve owned, making every mistake under the book. The do’s and don’ts of business building across both agency, startup, and advisory. From raising money, to launching products, to managing operations to overseeing capital. I’ve worked in tandem with founders on their management and execution and have had direct lines to brand leaders at some of the world's biggest companies and brands.
